Istituto Istruzione Superiore di Aversa Leonardo Da Vinci

Our school, located in Aversa, Italy, has a strong tradition in arts, sciences, and humanities, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and inclusivity. With over 1,300 students and 180 teachers, we prioritize active citizenship, gender equality, and sustainability, particularly in response to environmental challenges in our region. We promote cultural exchange through international partnerships, eTwinning projects, and CLIL-based education, empowering students to embrace diversity and drive social change.

Our school actively promotes gender equality, inclusion, and sustainability, aligning with the objectives of this project. We empower female students through artistic expression, leadership initiatives, and STEM-focused activities, challenging gender stereotypes. With ongoing eTwinning projects and international collaborations, we foster intercultural awareness and digital literacy. Addressing environmental and social challenges, we engage students in civic activism and sustainability efforts, preparing them to become responsible global citizens.

Our school educates students aged 15-18 from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, including non-EU, disadvantaged, and underrepresented groups. We prioritize inclusion, supporting students of all genders, abilities, and identities. Learners are encouraged to engage in interdisciplinary, project-based learning, developing creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy.

Through international collaborations, they gain intercultural awareness, preparing them for active citizenship and global opportunities.
